About Principleauthorities Tree Service and How Referrals Work
Get matched with a provider
Who We Are
Principleauthorities Tree Service is a referral service for tree work. We help homeowners in Arlington and the Arlington area find independent local providers. That is the whole job. We do not send crews, and we do not own saws, trucks or grinders.
Why This Site Exists
A lot of people think they must pick a company the moment a tree becomes a problem. In practice, a few calm minutes of learning can save a lot of stress. Is the tree dead or just thin? Does the stump need to go? Is this storm tree clearance that cannot wait? We built this site to answer those questions first. Options before chainsaws.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us about the tree, the yard and what worries you. You can send the request form or call. Then your details go to a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of job.
Availability depends on the provider, and hours vary. Request a callback to check provider availability. The provider then talks with you about the work and gives you a written estimate.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the scope and price in writing
- Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require, and show proof when asked
- Walk you through the plan, including cleanup and stump choices
- Treat your lawn, roof, fences and drains with care
- Show up as planned, or tell you when plans change
What We Do Not Do
Myth: the referral service does the work. Reality: it does not. We do not cut, grind, haul or climb. We do not set prices or run schedules. The provider does those things.
We also cannot promise what insurance will do. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Here is the honest answer. A referral service may receive a fee from providers when a homeowner is connected. That is a business arrangement between us and the provider. Your estimate comes from the provider, and you decide whether to accept it. There is no obligation to hire anyone.
Protect the Property
A tree job done well protects more than the yard. Roots near a slab, branches over brick or siding, and heavy gear on soft ground can all cause damage if the plan is weak. A clear plan up front helps protect the house, the landscape and future resale value.
